School Nurse - Reports Menu

The School Nurse Reports menu link (School Reports) offers various reports depending on your state's configuration and your individual user access (School Nurse, School Nurse - Facility, School District, or School Nurse Coordinator).

Most of the reports are generated immediately, but a few of them can be scheduled to run later (due to their size and/or the time it takes to run them). Reports that are scheduled can be emailed. In order to schedule a report, School Nurse users need the UFM permission. Reports that can be scheduled have a Schedule button.

Some of the reports can also be exported. These reports have an Export button to the right of the report title on the report list or report parameter page.

School reports that are automatically included in the School Nurse module are known as Core School Reports. Otherwise, unique reports exist that are specific to certain states. Those reports are listed under each state's abbreviation in the table below.

To access the list of available school reports, select Reports > School Reports from the menu. Click on the name of a report to run it.

The table below lists most of the reports, along with the report's alias name (if applicable), whether or not there is a property to enable the report for users, whether or not the report is considered to be a Core School Report, and the state abbreviation for the states that can access that report. Note that links are included for many of the reports listed below, but some states have their own individual reports. The links only access the common report used by the majority of states.
