Reports

Reports can be accessed from the Reports menu. In addition to specific details about each available report type, this section includes information on how to:

• Generate a Report
• Schedule a Report

The following report categories are available on the Reports menu, depending on permission level:

• Patient Record
• Report Module
• State Reports
• Province Reports
• Management Reports
• School Reports
• Provider Recruitment Reports (available only in the Provider Recruitment and Tracking Module. Refer to the Provider Recruitment User Guide for more information)

Generated reports usually appear in a new browser window, from which they can be printed using the browser's print function.

The instructions for generating and printing reports are the same for all of the report types, although not all reports are able to be scheduled or exported.
