School Nurse User Types

There are four different user access levels that enable different menus/options in the application. The access levels are:

School Nurse users are created by the state IIS administrator. To create a new School Nurse user, select Administration > User Management > Search/Add Users. Add the new user and assign the appropriate user access level and permissions. See User Management Settings in the IWeb Administrator Guide for more information.

Each School Nurse user type has access to different functionality within the application, based on user permissions. The following tables outline the permissions and menu options available to each School Nurse user type.
