IWeb Administrator Guide |
Users with the Child Care User access level in IWeb must be assigned to a Child Care Facility and Organization (IRMS) and cannot be given any of the Child Care-specific permissions.
Child Care Users have access to the following menu items within the Child Care Module (see the Child Care Module User Guide for more information):

The following permissions are available for use with the Child Care User access level. See the User Management Settings topic for information on how to assign permissions to users.
Permission | Description |
Block Administered Vaccine Entry |
While this permission may appear as available to Child Care Users, it is not needed. (Users with this permission cannot enter administered vaccines, but Child Care Users cannot do so anyway.) |
Block Vaccination Access |
This permission blocks the Vaccinations category from appearing on the menu. See Vaccinations. |
Create/Send Messages |
This permission enables the menu and submenu items that allow for messaging within the Organization (IRMS)/Facility. See Messages and Send Automated Messages. |
MyIR |
This permission displays the MyIR link on the menu for access to the MyIR application. |
