These settings are for forecast preferences. Registry Client users with Administrative access can make changes. Any schedule changes made at the state level are set for the entire state and display in the vaccination forecast sections of the application.
Click Administration > Immunization Schedule Settings > Forecast Preferences to reach this settings page.
If vaccine families have been entered for the Organization (IRMS) or Facility, they appear at the top of the page in the Select Dose section. The columns displayed are:
To edit a dose, select it in the list and click Edit. The information for that does appears in the Add/Edit Dose section toward the bottom of the page. Make the necessary changes and click Save when finished.
To delete a dose, select it in the list and click Delete. Note that this action cannot be undone.
To add a dose, scroll to the Add/Edit Dose part of the page and enter the information in the fields, then click Save. The available fields are:

Vaccine Family |
Select a vaccine family from the drop-down list. This field is required. |
Dose Number |
Enter the dose number for that vaccine family. This field is required. |
Recommended Age to Forecast |
Enter the recommended age in the textbox and then select Days or Months from the drop-down list. |
Description |
Enter a description of the vaccine family/dose. |
Minimum Age to Forecast |
Enter a minimum age in the textbox and select Days or Months from the drop-down list. |
Age Past Due |
Enter an age after which the patient is past due by vaccine family in the textbox (this reflects on the Vaccination Forecast screen in Overdue Date) and select Days or Months from the drop-down list. |
