IWeb First Responder Module User Guide |
The First Responder Reports menu has two links:
Before running a patient record report, you must first search for and view a specific patient/responder. See FR Responder Menu. After viewing the details for the patient, click the Reports > Patient Record menu link. The Print Patient Record page opens. Select whether or not to include confidential information in the report, and whether to run the report for all recorded vaccinations (default), an immunization record summary, or forecast, and then click Run Report. The report opens in a new browser tab or window. Use the browser's print function to print the report.
Various reports are available, depending on user access level. To view the run the reports, click the Reports > Report List menu link. The Reports page opens with the list of available reports. Some of the available reports include:

Completion Detail Report |
This report lists the names and contact information for the responders who are ready to respond for the specified vaccine family. To run this report, click the report name, enter the report parameters (for how to limit the report by, which series to include, which response team type to use, and optionally the district/region), and click Create Report. |
Anthrax Readiness Report by Response Team |
This report displays the total number of response professionals that are available to respond to an event per response team type. The totals are grouped into response team types, and the percentages reflect the number of professionals within categories for specific statuses that are ready to respond (green), on schedule but not yet ready to respond (yellow), or behind schedule (red). To run this report, click the report name, enter the report parameters (for response team type and the district/region, both optional), and click Create Report. |
Anthrax Readiness Report by Employer |
This report displays the total number of response professionals that are available to respond to an event per response team type. The total numbers are grouped by responder type, and the percentages reflect the number of professionals that are ready to respond (green), on schedule but not yet ready to respond (yellow), or behind schedule (red). To run this report, click the report name, enter the report parameters (response team type or employer name and, optionally, the district/region), and click Create Report. |
Smallpox Readiness Report by Response Team |
This report displays the total number of response professionals that are available to respond to an event per response team type. Daily Patient Immunization List |
This report lists all of the immunizations given on a specific date and can be listed by facility and/or vaccinator. This report is used to view all responders who were given a vaccination on the specific date. To run this report, click the report name, enter the report parameters (vaccination date and, optionally, organization, facility, VFC PIN, vaccinator, district/region, and or hide dose number), and click Create Report. |
Reminder/Recall by Vaccine Safety Monitor |
To run this report, click the report name, enter the report parameters, and click Run Reminder/Recall. See FR Reminder/Recall Menu for more information. |
Smallpox Statistics |
This report lists the number of responders who have had their smallpox vaccinations. To run this report, click the report name, enter the optional report parameters (vaccination date range, response team type, and view options), and click Create Report. |
Vaccination Monitoring |

Patient Detail (includes Vaccinations by Lot) |
This report displays detailed information about responders and the vaccinations received. It is used to see all responders' vaccinations. To run this report, first search for and select a responder/patient, then return to this page and click the report name. Enter the report parameters and click Create Report. |

Worksheet (Filled) |
This is a form that is automatically populated with a patient's smallpox vaccination information. In order to select this report, you must search for and select a patient that has been vaccinated for smallpox, then return to this page and click the Worksheet (Filled) link. Enter the report information and click Create Report. |
