The First Responder Main menu has the following links:
Once you click the Main > Login link and the login window is displayed, you can log in to the application and, depending on your state's configuration settings and user access level, you can request access (username and password) to the application, or request a new password.

There are six levels of user access that are set up at the registry level using the IWeb Administration menu. Depending on user access, users have either Client or View(ing) privileges. The major difference is:
