Executive Dashboard
The Executive Dashboard menu provides a graphical snapshot view of consolidated, real-time query and reporting of mass dispensing activities. Benefits include the monitoring of widgets (activities and/or conditions) during an event. Some of the widgets include:
- Facility Types - Displays a pie chart summary of the number of facilities, designated by facility type.
- Facilities per District by Type - Displays a summary of the number of facilities designated by facility type per district.
- Number of Users Logged In - Displays the current number of active users within IWeb.
- Vaccine Levels by District - Displays Doses Used and Doses Available per district at the current time. It is based on the data that appears in the Lot Number Summary report and can be restricted to a specific vaccine type.
- Inventory Flow - Displays the amount of inventory available, used, and wasted. It is based on the data from the Inventory Flow report from the Custom Reports option and can be configured by vaccine type and date range.
- Waste Rates by District - Displays the percentage of total inventory for each district that has been returned, expired, or disposed. It is based on data that appears in the Lot Number Summary report. It can be restricted to a particular vaccine type.
- State Waste Rates - Displays the daily amount of inventory wasted and outflow wasted. It is based on data from the Inventory Flow report from the Custom Reports option and can be configured by vaccine type and date range.
- Vaccine Coverage Summary - Displays a chart that shows how vaccine coverage statistics compare between vaccine types. Each report series consists of four elements: Complete, Under Immunized, One Dose Away, and Missed Opportunities. Criteria are based on the selected options.
Overall, the Executive Dashboard eliminates the need to run various reports in IWeb and enter the data into a spreadsheet that would need to be created at the time of an event. The system gathers the information in real time as entered into the application, performs the necessary calculations, and presents it to the user via charts and graphs. Once it is presented in a chart or graph format, additional data manipulation options may be available.
Users must have the Executive Dashboard Access permission in order for Executive Dashboard to appear on the menu.
