The Lead Letters feature allows authorized users to generate a list of patients to receive specific letters based on pre-configured criteria, such as blood lead levels and screened risk for lead poisoning. The letters may vary, but examples include:
To access the Lead Letters, click the Lead > Letters menu link. The Lead Letters page opens.
To generate a plain text file with comma-delimited patient information based on one of the criteria for one of the letters, click the Get File button for that letter. To download one zipped file containing all of the letter files, click the All letters in zip format link. The files can then be used with mail merge functions to generate and distribute the letters.
